CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Reset Aesthetician Studio, we are dedicated to providing you with the best experience and quality service. To respect both our time and yours, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer your time slot to other clients. 2. Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged. 3. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. 4. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee will apply. 5. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
